We have developed a high-touch candidate compliance process for international candidates to deliver consistent engagement and take care of GMC registration, clinical certifications and assess language competency. For domestic candidates, we work with them to ensure they have Fit to work certification, Right to Work Documentation, Enhanced DBS, and Indemnity Insurance before shortlisting them for interviews and in-depth skills assessments.
